Under Federal law 17 U.S.C. #116, the individual photographer is the sole owner of the copyright of the image he creates and has the sole and exclusive rights to make any reprints or to authorize the making of reprints. This copyright law is enforceable whether or not the image carries the copyright notice, studio logo or icon. “When an image is created, it is copyrighted by the photographer.”Photo labs should not and cannot legally make a copy of any photograph which is not accompanied with a written release from the originating photographer.

All images contained in the computer wallpaper index may be downloaded on the condition that they will not be modified and / or incorporated into another's work. You are permitted to download and use these images as your computer or mobile device wallpaper so long as these images are not redistributed, offered for sale, included in any distributed media, or used for printed material.  Removal or cropping of any watermarking is prohibited.  Any usage outside these terms without written consent or a purchased license is a violation of copyright laws.

Sean Mote Photography will not sell, share or rent any private information about you such as your identity, telephone numbers, e-mail address or postal address to any 3rd parties without your permission except when required by law or when information is required to process your order through a 3rd party vendor, such as ordering prints.
